The following items would cause a claim to be delayed in processing:
• Missing required documentation- All required documentation must include: proof of advertisement, proof of invoice, and proof of payment
• Competitor’s Logos cannot be used in the advertisement (i.e. Trane, Lennox, and Carrier)
• Using Purchase Orders
