How do you get your Contractor Started?

For contractor access to Loyalty Central, login credentials will be provided to individuals at the contractor location by TSM submitting a request to mailto: papsupport@daikincomfort.com with the following information:

1. Email Subject Line = Add Contractor to Loyalty Central
2. Contractor name
3. Contractor Mincron account number
4. Contact person name
5. Contact person’s email address
6. Contact person’s phone number
7. Branch name and number where the contractor has an account

Each contractor will be notified by PAP Support once everything has been properly setup in PartnerLink. 

Once the contractor gains access, they will have the ability to submit and manager their own loyalty claims and more:
•Submit loyalty claims
•View accrued fund balances
•Check claim status
•Request support
